These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all websites, applications (including mobile apps), and platforms owned or operated by Crimson Consulting Limited and its affiliates (“Crimson”). This includes, without limitation, crimsoneducation.org and related subdomains or successor sites (collectively, the “Websites”).

By accessing or using any part of the Websites, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Websites.

These Terms also apply when engaging with Crimson’s official social media channels, including those operated on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter). By accessing or interacting with our social media pages, you agree to comply with these Terms and the terms of the relevant social media platform.

We use social media to share information about our services, news, updates, events, campaigns, and topics of interest. Engagement with third-party content, such as liking or reposting, does not constitute an endorsement.

User-generated content (e.g., comments, tags) remains the responsibility of the original poster and does not necessarily reflect the views of Crimson. We may remove or report content that:

• Is offensive, defamatory, or irrelevant;
• Breaches privacy;
• Violates platform terms or applicable law.

You may not use our social media channels to advertise, harass, or misrepresent. By posting on our pages, you grant Crimson a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, share, or republish your content. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
