Jamie is a graduate of Harvard and Stanford (MBA), and is an Oxford Rhodes Scholar. At 18, he was admitted to the world's Top 25 universities, and his personal success inspired him to found Crimson and support others in reaching their goals, with a vision to equalize the world leading university admissions playing field.

Martin has 15 years of experience evaluating applications and counseling students to help them gain admission to their dream universities. He has worked in admissions at two different universities and has expert knowledge about the trends affecting US college admissions.

Hannah has worked at the University of Oxford, across three different colleges in roles that included undergraduate admissions. Having valuable insight into what makes a successful applicant, she has a breadth of experience to draw upon about college community and academic life at both Oxford and Cambridge, and other universities across the UK.

Abbi graduated from Oxford University with an undergraduate degree in English Language and Literature. She also recently graduated with her master’s with a distinction in International Social and Public Policy from London School of Economics (LSE), and received a Titmuss Prize for Best Performance. She is excited to join future students on their application journey to top UK universities.

Meet one of your hosts - Na'ama! With 4 years experience working with Crimson, Na'ama has worked in roles spanning from sales and operations to marketing and events across regions including New Zealand, USA, Singapore and China. Originally from the Netherlands, Na’ama grew up in Los Angeles and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston University, one year ahead of schedule. Currently, she is the country manager of New Zealand.

Meet one of your hosts - Will! Will is Crimson's Country Manager for Australia and has over 7+ years experience in the university industry. He has supported hundreds of students who have gained admission into top US and UK Universities including Cambridge, Oxford, Harvard, Stanford, Yale, UPenn, Columbia, Duke and many more. He is also an expert in performing arts applications and athletic recruitment support.

Brice graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Global Political Economics. His career has included working in China as an education consultant and since working with Crimson he has helped students gain admission to universities such as Harvard, UPenn, Yale, Brown, Cornell, Northwestern, UChicago, Duke, Stanford, UCLA, UC Berkeley, USC and more!
