Devery has extensive experience in college admissions, having served as a Senior Admissions Officer at Harvard's Undergraduate Admissions Office and as an Application Reader for The University of California, Berkeley's, Undergraduate Admissions Office. Since then, she has advised hundreds of hopeful students in her capacity as an independent counsellor, and they have gone on to gain admission to the likes of Harvard, Stanford, Yale and UChicago.

Martin served in the admission office of his alma mater: Santa Clara University for 5 years. He then started at Stanford University where he was named Assistant Dean of Admission, charged with evaluating submissions from New England’s famous boarding schools and applications from international students. Since leaving Stanford Martin has shared his knowledge with students, teachers and counsellors at international schools and served as an instructor with the Counselor Training Center.

Ben graduated from Dartmouth, majoring in International Relations and minoring in Education Policy. He earned master’s degrees from Harvard and MIT — an MPA from the Kennedy School of Government and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management. He then returned to Dartmouth to serve as an Assistant Director of Admissions. Ben has worked with hundreds of students from nearly 30 countries across 5 continents to help them apply to college and develop as leaders, intellectuals, and innovators.

Hannah graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Natural Sciences, specialising in Plant Sciences. In 2014, Hannah went to work for the University of Oxford as an undergraduate admissions officer. Now a Strategy Consultant at Crimson, Hannah is using her expertise to help students around the world explore their course and university options, and guide them through the admissions process.
