The high school transcript is a chart with your mid year and end of year school report grades for all your subjects in the last 4 years of high school. It does not include small/quiz ones. Although Unis are known to take a holistic approach to the application, Yale, for example, has described the transcript as the “single most important document in your application… which tells us a great deal about your academic drive and performance over time.”

That being said, since we’re international students the SAT would be more important as it is universal. Transcripts from each school will differ. But if there are people from the same school as you applying to the same uni, the uni will use your transcripts to compare.
