International Financial Aid for Dartmouth
My cousin who graduated from Dartmouth told me that the school offers need-blind financial aid to international students but this does not seem to be the case. Is he correct?

Not anymore. Dartmouth ended its need-blind admission policy for international students from this year. International students were eligible for need-blind aid from 2008 to 2015.
