If I’m interested in finance, is Brown University a good place to be?

What are some of the relevant student groups and majors I should be considering?

Hi Curious.George,

Great question. Brown would be a great place to study! However, remember that Brown does not have a pure finance concentration or major (unlike, say, Wharton). Instead, you can pursue Economics at Brown and take the Mathematical Finance track (either A.B. or S.B.) as part of the Applied Math-Economics concentration. Brown is ranked top 20 in the US for economics - so definitely a very solid choice!
