Financial Aid ED vs RD

For schools that claim to meet full demonstrated need of an applicant, is there any difference in the financial aid packages offered in ED vs RD.

Thank you for a good question. The schools do not say anything about having differences in financial aid, and our experience is that neither is advantages. That said, if you get in ED you have more time to negotiate with the school and try and secure scholarships or other offers. If you don’t like your ED financial aid package, you can also be released from your commitment and go to other schools that may offer more aid.
