Nicole was accepted at both Duke University and the University of Oxford, ultimately choosing Oxford to study History and Politics and graduated with First Class Honours. During her time in Oxford, she was involved in OxFizz, a student organisation providing Oxford and Cambridge interview preparation for students as well as the Access Office at her college aimed at helping students from under-represented schools across England gain entry into Oxford.

Nicole provides strategy for students applying to both US and UK universities and has helped students gain admission to Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Caltech, Wharton, Duke and Northwestern, among other top colleges in the US. Each year, more than ten of her students win admission to Oxford and Cambridge. She has worked with more than 200 families across countries such as Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong, and China.
