IB and AP programs

I want to try for an Ivy League University and I’m in grade 9 in Australia. I have looked into schools that offer IB and/or AP programs and they are either really far away or too expensive for my family to afford, even taking into consideration scholarships, so what do I do? I can’t take any IB or AP classes but I really want to try for an Ivy and I also can’t afford special tutoring. Is there any chance that Ivy schools might consider you even if you don’t take those classes?
