Agenda

09:00 AMAdmissions Reality, Personal Diagnosis & Academic Direction

Students will participate in a Mock Admission Committee Simulation to evaluate profiles, followed by an Interest–Strength–Impact Mapping session to align academic passions with real-world problem-solving. Finally, students will complete a Personal Benchmark Exercise, providing a structured diagnostic of their academic rigor, leadership profile, and testing readiness

11:00 AMConnecting ECL with Indonesian Context & Ideation

This section uses Deep Content Coverage and Guided Reflection to help students turn their local environment into a global admissions advantage. We first explore The Power of Local Context, transforming Indonesian social and environmental issues into unique application strengths. After dissecting ECL Complexity, we introduce the ECL Ideation Framework to move students from initial interest to tangible evidence.

01:00 PM ECL Project Design Lab & Direct Guidance

this session guides students in defining their target audience, initiatives, and leadership roles with a focus on long-term Sustainability. Through Project Drafting and Direct Refinement, students map out their vision and timeline before engaging in small-group rotations for mentor and peer feedback. This collaborative process culminates in a Validated ECL Project Blueprint, featuring a structured problem statement, solution outline, defined leadership role, and clear impact metrics.

03:00 PMCommon App Translation & Storytelling Lab

This session covers Common App Strategy and the Narrative Arc, teaching students to maximize activity impact within character limits while connecting their interests to a future direction. Through a Rewrite Exercise, students transform passive entries into quantified, action-driven descriptions, followed by Story Drafting to build a strong essay and interview foundation. This process results in a Draft Common App Activities List and a 1-Paragraph Positioning Statement

04:00 PM90-Day Execution, Evidence, & Financial Plan

This final session focuses on Execution and Evidence Planning, teaching students to track impact, mitigate risks, and prepare for application realities like testing timelines and financial documentation. Through a Roadmapping exercise, students break their goals into immediate, actionable steps, prioritizing summer positioning and financial awareness. This collaborative process results in a Personalized 90-Day Strategic Action Plan

Capstone Development

The Challenge

Top universities like Columbia, Yale, and Princeton now allow students to submit research abstracts on their application. Meaning, high-quality research is becoming a key factor in admissions.  But securing research opportunities with top faculty, designing a rigorous study, and getting published can be very difficult for high school students.

There are 100,000 high schools worldwide. Imagine if every valedictorian applied to Ivy+ schools — there still wouldn’t be enough spots. To stand out for a Top 25 university, students need more. That’s where the capstone comes in.
