Erin graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Art History and a concentration in East Asian Studies. While there, she worked inside the Admissions Office as a student interviewer and tour guide before returning to her alma mater as an Admissions Officer, evaluating applications for both Columbia College and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Erin has helped students gain admission to Harvard, Yale, MIT, Columbia, UPenn, Brown, Cornell, UCLA, and UC Berkeley, and more.

Will is a Former Admissions Officer at Duke and Harvard Law School. At Duke, he read and evaluated more than 4,000 applications, served on admissions committees, and served as the engineering liaison with the Pratt School of Engineering. Danielle is a Former Assistant Director of Admissions at UC Berkeley and Former Associate Director at Stanford, with over 10 years of experience evaluating thousands of competitive applications. In her roles, she has worked with a wide range of applicants, including United World College scholars, recruited athletes, non-traditional students, transfers, and graduate applicants.
