Quincy Jones
Former Admissions Officer, UC Berkeley
Quincy served as the Assistant Director of Admissions at UC Berkeley’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions for over 9 years. As a part of his role at UC Berkeley, Quincy served as one of the lead application readers and helped shape and facilitate Berkeley’s reader training on an annual basis. This in-depth understanding of highly selective admissions has helped him to become an adept guide for students and families on the in’s and outs of the admissions process in his role as a strategist.
Sonam Aidasani
Former Duke Admissions Officer
Sonam earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University and her MBA from Rice University. She began her career as a Senior Admissions Officer at Duke, where she evaluated over 10,000 applications. She has also collaborated with CollegeBoard and ACT on strategic partnerships. Now a Senior Strategist and FAO Consultant at Crimson, Sonam brings her extensive experience to guide students toward top universities like Yale, UC Berkeley, UPenn, Brown, Cornell, Duke, and USC.
Collier Winters
Director of Crimson Athletics
A Harvard graduate, Collier spent three out of five seasons at Harvard as their starting quarterback. He has won three Ivy League championships, was selected to two All-Ivy teams, and was an honorable mention All-American. Since Harvard, Collier has played in the Canadian Football league, worked as a high school offensive coordinator and personal QB coach. He is currently the Director of Athletics for Crimson.
