Martin began his career as a teacher and coordinator at international schools. He later served as Assistant Dean of Admission at Stanford University, where he reviewed applications from highly competitive regions. Now based in San Francisco, Martin works as a Guidance Counselor at one of the city’s most prestigious private schools.
Arkesh P.
Chief Operating Officer at Crimson
Arkesh oversees Crimson’s global operations and product strategy across 20+ countries. Born and raised in New Zealand, he earned First Class Honours in Natural Sciences (Chemistry) from the University of Cambridge. He was later admitted early to Harvard Business School through the competitive 2+2 program, graduating with Distinction in the top 10% of his class. At Crimson, Arkesh draws on both elite academic training and deep operational experience to scale the company’s impact.
