Martin has served as Assistant Dean of Admission at Stanford University, where he reviewed applications from highly competitive regions, including New England’s prestigious boarding schools, as well as international candidates from around the world. His experience at Stanford gave him deep insight into the qualities top-tier U.S. universities seek in applicants.
