Irma, Former Dartmouth Admissions Officer
Irma is the former Associate Director of Admissions at Dartmouth College. Before that, she was the Associate Director of Admissions at Barnard College. Irma has 15 years of experience evaluating and making decisions on competitive university applications. Throughout her career in college admissions, Irma also led alumni engagement, multicultural recruitment, communications, event planning, and DEI initiatives for undergraduate students. She has extensive insight on admissions at ultra-competitive colleges and now works directly with students on building their own successful applications.
