Isabella R.
UPenn Golf Alumna; Golf Strategist
Isabella Rahm is a former Penn Women’s Golf standout and Crimson Golf Strategist. Originally from Sweden, she competed across Europe and the U.S. before playing four years at the University of Pennsylvania, where she was a consistent lineup player and WGCA Scholar All-American. A proven leader, she helped drive strong team results while excelling academically, and now guides aspiring student-athletes in navigating recruitment and reaching their full potential.


Kirstyn G.
Former Olympian; UW Rower; Rowing Strategist
Kirstyn began rowing in 2005 and quickly rose to prominence, earning a silver medal at the 2009 World Rowing Junior Championships. Kirstyn attended the University of Washington on a full scholarship, where she was a key member of the rowing team and earned a degree in Oceanography. After returning to New Zealand, Kirstyn continued her rowing career and was part of the women's eight team that competed in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, securing a silver medal.


Crysti F.
Nortre Dame Lacrosse Alumna; Lacrosse Strategist
Crysti was a First-Team All-American at Notre Dame and a finalist for the Tewaaraton Award, with a record-setting collegiate career. She played for Team Canada in four World Championships and coached at top D1 programs, including Florida and Louisville. Crysti now mentors lacrosse athletes with elite insight into recruitment, development, and long-term success.
