Former Columbia Admissions Officer
Erin holds a BA from Columbia University. She worked as an Admissions Officer at Columbia, managing domestic and international territories and reviewing thousands of applications for Columbia College and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Since joining Crimson, she has supported students applying to the Ivy League and other top US universities, helping them craft compelling narratives and present their strongest applications.


Lucy B.
Former Oxford Admissions Officer
Lucy has a BA from Cambridge and an MSc from Liverpool John Moores. A Clarendon Scholar completing her DPhil in Anthropology at Oxford, she brings deep academic knowledge and firsthand Oxbridge experience to helping students navigate the toughest entrance requirements and interviews. She also worked as an Oxford Admissions Officer before joining Crimson in 2019, and now supports students aiming for top universities, including Oxbridge and the Russell Group.

Nerses was educated in the United States, earning a BA in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton. As a native Russian speaker, he previously worked for a large Eastern European Ed-Tech company, advising and assisting students with their English studies.
