Erin holds a BA from Columbia University. She worked as an Admissions Officer at Columbia, managing domestic and international territories and reviewing thousands of applications for Columbia College and the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Since joining Crimson, she has supported students applying to the Ivy League and other top US universities, helping them craft compelling narratives and present their strongest applications.

Rebecca has 15 years of educational experience in Publishing, EdTech and Admissions. She has previous experience in other global education companies, serving as Publishing Director, eLearning Director, and Digital Director. Rebecca is a mum to two teenage boys at school in the UK.
