Between the ages of 16 and 18 will be the most stressful period of your child’s life to date. They’ll be in the midst of their A-Levels or IB whilst also applying to university. If your child is ambitious and is looking to the US they’ll have even more to prep for.
Applying to top US universities is no easy feat. With academic scores, standardised testing, extracurricular activities, and personal branding all playing an important role in any competitive application, students must work hard and be supported practically and emotionally.
But how do you do that with no real support from school and no prior knowledge of the journey ahead?
Harriet was in the same position 2 years ago when her son Liam told her that he wanted to apply to the US, she had many questions. However, with determination and the support of Crimson Education, they navigated the journey successfully, and Liam gained a place at the prestigious Yale University.
Harriet is joining us in this webinar to share Liam’s university journey from her perspective and share some tips for future parents. It’s less than a month before the new school year – find out what you can do now to help your child prepare for a top US university!
Applying to top US universities is a difficult and stressful task which is why so many students seek external support.
Each of our programmes are tailored to the student and are delivered by a carefully selected team of mentors who provide focussed support with each and every aspect of the process - from university selection to essay writing and SAT preparation.
