Former Harvard Field Hockey Player | GM, Global Athletics

Maddie Earle was recruited to Harvard, where she earned a Bachelor’s in Neuroscience and competed for four years on the Varsity Field Hockey Team. At Harvard, Maddie was 2018 Ivy League scoring champion and a First Team All-Ivy selection. She received the Mary G. Paget Prize for her contribution to women’s athletics. Off the field, she co-founded Women of Harvard Athletics, served as Co-President of the Harvard Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, and led athlete wellbeing initiatives at Harvard.

Former Harvard Soccer Player | Professional Footballer

Taner was recruited to Harvard, where he earned a Bachelor’s in Economics and competed for four years on the Harvard Men’s Soccer Team, captaining the program as a senior. Following graduation in 2020, he signed with Dundalk FC in the League of Ireland to begin his professional soccer career. Beyond the field, Taner has spent several years in educational consultancy, helping student-athletes build the relationships and pathways needed to achieve their goals.
