Tessa attended Florida Gulf Coast University on an NCAA Division I full scholarship, majoring in Business Management and Accounting with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Tessa has successfully competed on the international stage over the last decade. Most notably, attending the FIFA Women's World Cup and being listed for the 2012 London Olympic Games.

Chloe is the Country Manager for Crimson in the UK and has 10 years of experience working in education consultancy in the UK. She joined Crimson in 2017 and now oversees all channels for the UK and Europe. Chloe was educated in the UK and completed an LLM at the University of Law in London.
