Programme Overview
A selective, intensive wet lab research programme for high school students (15–19) to conduct biotechnology projects and produce publication-ready papers. Pre-lab virtual sessions cover research methodology and project preparation. In Singapore, students perform hands-on experiments, analyse data, attend lectures, and present findings. Meet Your Professor
Professor Xavier is a Kavli–Laukien Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School’s Origins of Life Initiative. He specialises in next-generation sequencing, bioinformatics, and machine learning to study RNA evolution and leads projects engineering regulatory RNAs. He holds a PhD and MSc from Yale University and received NSF and NASA Graduate Fellowships.
