Correcting Common Application after submitting

I managed to submit a GPA of 6.14 when I actually have 6.11 (on a 6-point scale) on the common app, and I was wondering if I should e-mail the different admission offices to clarify this. I am asking because the difference is quite small and I am worried that if I send an e-mail to the admission officers, it will give them a reason to believe that I am not careful enough.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, I would email the admissions officer and clarify that. Best to be safe than sorry!
