The Child Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), places obligations on websites or online service operators aimed at children under 13 years of age. It also applies to operators of other online services who are aware that they are collecting personal information from children under 13 years of age.

This COPPA Compliance Policy ensures that Crimson (including its subsidiaries) meets its obligations under COPPA. This Policy only applies to users under the age of 13 and should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
