Accepted to the University of Tokyo from a private high school in Japan but later transferred to UC Berkeley. Recipient of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation Scholarship, now majoring in Education.

Accepted to Brown University from a public high school in Japan. Awarded the Yanai Tadashi Foundation Scholarship and currently majoring in Sociology.
