Lochie scored an 82 on the GAMSAT (placing him in the 99th percentile), with a 96 in section 3, has a 4.0 GPA, has won multiple awards for his high achievement at university and was a scholarship recipient at one of Melbourne’s premiere private schools and at Monash University during his undergraduate studies.

William scored in the 99th percentile of the GAMSAT. William graduated with a bachelor of science from the University of Melbourne in 2015, with a major in anatomy. Through exploring other subjects at university, his interests naturally evolved to encompass biochemistry, physiology and eventually medicine. He accepted a position at the University of Queensland commencing in 2017 and is currently completing his final year of clinical training in Brisbane.

Hanna, is a third-year medical student at the University of Adelaide. She graduated from Glenunga International High School with an IB score of 43/45, equivalent to 99.7 ATAR, and attained a 96 percentile for UMAT. Hanna received merits (7s) for Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Economics and has uptaken numerous roles within leadership.

Lucy is a second year Med student at Otago University. She has recently completed her first year of health science and was a resident at Arana college. Lucy loves to get involved in a bit of everything including skiing, dance and just being in the outdoors. She has a bubbly personality and enjoys getting to know new people!

Nhien is a current first year student at the University of Queensland who received provisional entry into the Doctor of Medicine program following her undergraduate degree. She achieved A grades for all of her senior subjects: Chemistry, English, Legal Studies, Maths B, Maths C and Physics. Furthermore, she received a 98th percentile on her UMAT exam in 2018.

Jeet is currently studying a Bachelor of Medical Studies / Doctor of Medicine at Bond University. After graduating from Lynfield College in 2016 as the faculty representative of the Science Department and receiving Excellence endorsements in all subjects in Level 3, he decided to undertake 1st year biomedical sciences and the UoA Science scholars programme. He achieved a GPA of 9.0 across all 4 core paper (POPHLTH 111 A+ , CHEM 110 A+, MEDSCI 142 A+ and BIOSCI 107 A+)

Alan is currently studying a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) at the University of Auckland after having achieved a core GPA of 8.75 in his first year of Biomedical Science. Alan has averaged an A GPA during his three years of MBChB winning him a full scholarship to do his Medical Science Honours.

In 2017, he graduated from the University of Auckland with a degree in Biomedical Science, and subsequently went on to study Dental Surgery at the University of Otago where he is currently a fourth year student. In the UMAT examination, he scored in the 99th percentile, and has had previous experience as a physiology teaching assistant at FMHS, UoA. In 2019, many of his UCAT students achieved in the 90th+ percentiles with the highest scoring in the 97th percentile!

Kushan finished high school with 4 CIE A levels, with 2 A* and 2 A grades. He then attained the University of Otago Academic Excellence Scholarship in 2015, and began studying in Dunedin. During HSFY, he maintained an A+ average, enabling him to gain admission into the MBChB programme.

Kyle is currently in his third year of study towards an MBChB at the University of Otago and is pursuing a career in medical practice and research. He gained entry into the medicine programme at the University of Otago via the First Year Health Science pathway, and is a recipient of the University of Otago “Leaders of Tomorrow” scholarship

Henry is a third year medical student at the University of Otago. In 2018 Henry achieved a 9.0 GPA in First Year Health Science with a grade average of 96% with 100% in PHSI191 and 99% in Chem191. In 2017 Henry achieved the NZQA Scholarship Award where he achieved scholarship Chemistry, Physics, English and Biology.

Rishav completed Ncea level 3 with excellence in physics, and chemistry in 2017 while he completed level 3 calculus and statistics in year 12 with excellence. While in year 12, Rishav achieved scholarship results in both calculus and statistics as well as completing A2 cambridge maths while in year 12 and achieved an A+ grade in 2016. In 2018, Rishav completed health science first year at the University of Otago and received a perfect GPA of 9.0 and was accepted into medical school.

Sanjay is a pre-medical student at the University of Sydney, currently completing his third year within the double degree medicine program. With an ATAR of 99.95, he was a school scholar and topped his year level in French. In addition to his passion for creative writing, Sanjay is devoted to delivering quality educational outcomes through a comprehensive teaching approach.
