Our team in the US & Canada is here to help you achieve your highest potential.

Our team members hail from many different backgrounds, making us a diverse and knowledgeable group with skill sets in countless areas. Our varied expertise allows us to create a custom dream-team for each student we have the opportunity to work with. While we all have our distinct roles, we all wear different hats, which is what truly makes us such a special family armed and eager to provide results. All of our team members care deeply about each of our students’ outcomes and will do everything in our power to help them succeed.

Spend some time and get to know us! Please feel free to meet our core US/Canadian team and reach out to us with any questions. This list does not include everyone in Crimson’s expansive network, such as our incredible mentors, tutors, and strategists but it will certain give you a basic idea of the calibre of staff we are lucky to have in our team and the dedication we have to student outcomes.

Our team reaches far and wide. Every month, you can find us all over the country hosting various workshops, events and seminars. You’ll also find us at national events such as the Yale Model United Nations, ISEF (The International Science and Engineering Fair), NACAC (National Association for College Admission Counseling), and so many more. We would love to see you at one of our upcoming events!

Name: Anjali Bhatia

Role at Crimson: Country Director for the US & Canada

  • Why I Work at Crimson: Our leadership mentoring is designed to empower high school students to make an impact by pursuing something they are passionate about. We have students starting conferences, nonprofits, apps, socially conscious businesses, and more. Crimson students are changing the world and we are lucky enough to be witnessing them doing it!
  • Where You Can Meet With Me: San Francisco WeWork by appointment or via video conference. I'm often in the South Bay & East Bay, LA, Philadelphia, and Manhattan, so just drop me a line and we'll find a time!
  • Favorite Student Moment: Every now and then you meet someone with whom you "twin" completely. I met a student who has a similar name, interests, and goals to make a difference in the world. Every time either of us began talking we would say "wow me too!"

  • Why I Work at Crimson: I’m inspired by students working hard towards ambitious goals and love helping them level up in all areas to reach their full potential. I also like working with a company bringing students and staff together around the world towards common goals.
