Rohan T.

Meet Rohan, Stategy Consultant and UPENN Alumni.

Key Points about Rohan:

1. Education and Career Background: Rohan is a first-generation international student who graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. He concentrated in Management and Accounting and worked as an investment banking analyst with JP Morgan in New York. He also served as the Country Director for MPOWER Financing, where he established and led the India business and operations.

2. Involvement with Penn Alumni and Admission Efforts: Rohan has been actively engaged with Penn’s various admission, alumni, and strategic efforts in India for nearly a decade. He has served as co-chair of the Penn Club of Delhi, a member of the Penn Alumni Interview Council, and a member of the executive committee of Wharton Club of Delhi.

3. Consulting Career: As a US strategy consultant at Crimson, Rohan guides and advises students from around the world into top colleges, including Stanford, Ivy Leagues, NYU, Yale-NUS, and Claremont McKenna. He is focused on student outcomes and enabling students to fulfill their potential through a systematic and hands-on approach.

4. Personal Interests: Outside of work, Rohan is passionate about staying informed, staying fit, and traveling. He enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, visiting tiger reserves, understanding global politics, and reading publications like the NYTimes. He is most passionate about helping young students achieve their potential by accessing the best possible education.
